CUSTOM TARPAULINS • PHILIPPINES-WIDE SUPPLY
STANDARD AND CUSTOM DIMENSIONS

Tarpaulin sizes made to fit the job.

Order practical standard sizes or request custom dimensions in metres or feet, with the GSM, colour, reinforcement and eyelet spacing matched to your application.

Measure for coverage, overlap and secure fastening

The stated tarpaulin size should account for more than the flat area. Add allowance for wrapping over edges, covering height, tying points, seams and safe handling. For machinery, cargo or irregular structures, a simple length by width measurement may not be enough.

Send a sketch or photographs when possible. We can organise the finished size, material width, panel joins and edge treatment before production.

How to calculate the ordering size

Flat coverage

Measure the full length and width, then add the overlap needed beyond every exposed edge. Extra allowance helps keep fixing points away from the protected area.

Box or equipment cover

Measure the top plus both drops for each direction. Add hem and fastening allowance. Share a sketch if the object has protrusions or access points.

Truck or cargo cover

Allow for load height, side drops, front and rear coverage, lashing position and safe tension. Repeated-use covers benefit from stronger edges and corners.

HELPFUL ANSWERS

Questions about tarpaulin dimensions

Most practical rectangular sizes can be fabricated, subject to material availability, handling, production limits and delivery conditions. Irregular shapes require a drawing or template.
Usually you should add suitable allowance for overlap, hems, tying and movement. The correct allowance depends on the item and fixing method.
Large covers normally require joined fabric panels. PVC seams are commonly high-frequency welded; PE and canvas construction depends on the selected material and specification.
Yes. Common requests include 50 cm, 1 m or 1 yard spacing, but project-specific positions can be agreed before production.
Yes. Send feet and inches or metres and centimetres, but keep one unit consistent throughout the sketch to prevent conversion errors.
